Library

The library is situated downstairs in Bellkirk at 79 Davey Street.

St Johns has a large library of some 4 000 items, inlcuding books, audio and video cassettes and DVDs.  The audio and video tapes include sermons and services from St Johns over the past few years. The library caters for all age groups and houses a wide variety of materials. There are commentaries, concordances, Bible study notes, and works on theology, biography, prayer, relationships, Christian living, contemporary issues, Church history, evangelism, missions, ..... etc., plus periodicals and books for children.

It is open for borrowing after the Sunday morning worship service but people may borrow and return items at any time when the church office is open.

All borrowers are registered and given a borrower's card. The library is administered by Ann Wray, Ria DeHoog and Julie O'Brien who can always make use of any volunteer help, and any donations of suitable items.

 

 

BOOKROOM

A range of Christian books are available for purchase. Audio tapes of worship services at St. Johns are also available for purchase at the Book room. The Book room is available when the church office is open.
